Which  payment methods do you currently accept?

Why did my payments get rejected?

1. Not enough funds on the card to complete the transaction.
2. The card issuing bank is not trustworthy for us. You are kindly advised that you can try to another credit card.
3. CVV or card information is wrong - users often make mistakes when typing.

Can I cancel my order?

Where can you ship to?

We ship to United States, Europe, Canada, Australia. Our products are marked with warehouses. All products in the US warehouse can be sent to all regions in the US with free shipping. All products in the European warehouse can be sent to Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Spain with free shipping. For orders with a total weight of less than 20 pounds, international transportation is supported; for products over 20 pounds, shipments across the country of the warehouse are not supported. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
